Ms. Naila Noureen studying the Expression of HLA molecules in cancer cell. She will also work as a Research Scholar in the newly established Cancer Research Centre (CRC) on a project related to tumor method. She joined the Cancer Biology Lab as a PhD student in December 2018. Her PhD project is focused on HLA mediated tumor escape mechanism. The title of her M.Phil. thesis was “Genome Mining for the Investigation of Pks-I, NRPS, Cytochrome P450 Hydroxylase and Glycopeptide Oxy B, Antibiotics Biosynthetic Gene Clusters in Streptomycetes Strains Originated from Different Habitats in Pakistan”. She has already published a research article and few others are submitted in different peer-reviewed journals.
